Project Description
Beebyn-W11 is based on a direct shipping iron-ore operation.

A feasibility study has revealed a high-grade and -quality project that provides strong returns over the life of the mine.

The project has an estimated maiden ore reserve of ten-million tonnes (dry basis) at an average grade of 62.2% iron and includes 8.3-million tonnes in proven and 1.7-million tonnes in probable ore reserves.

Ore will be crushed and screened on site and separated into lump and fines product before being trucked to the Geraldton port.

Production is estimated at 1.5-million tonnes (dry basis) a year over a 6.7-year mine life.

The project has a pretax net present value, at a 10% discount rate, of A$150.9-million and an internal rate of return of 189%, with an after-tax payback of 1.1 years.

The project will require an investment of A$22.9-milllion.

First production is expected in early 2025.
