- Adviser to Rand Merchant Bank (a division of FirstRand Bank Limited) in relation to the financing of the Selebi – Phikwe 50 MW solar PV generation facility in Botswana.
- Adviser to Rand Merchant Bank (a division of FirstRand Bank Limited) in relation to the financing of the Mmadinare 50 MW solar PV generation facility in Botswana.
- Adviser to Standard Bank of South Africa Limited and Stanbic Bank Botswana Limited in relation to the financing of the Jwaneng 50 MW solar PV generation facility in Botswana.
