Charco Cranes manufacturer offers unique drive solutions for diverse applications

Italy-based crane manufacturer Donati Sollavamenti, established in 1930, offers a wide range of lifting products and solutions to overhead crane manufacturers and material handling system integrators worldwide.

All Donati products offer the best solutions to various handling applications while safeguarding the quality / price / performance ratio – a true testament to the reliability and quality of the Donati product range, which is further bolstered by an industry leading 36 month warranty.

The Donati product range includes bridge crane end carriages that complete the crane set offering, with DMK chain hoist or DRH rope hoist lifting solutions for handling masses up to 66 000 kg.

The bridge crane end carriages, equipped with DGT series wheel blocks, are coupled with DGP series offset geared motors to provide transport solutions to diverse applications that travel on steel rails.

The DGT wheel block series are available in 125 mm, 160 mm, 

200 mm, 250 mm, 315 mm and 400 mm diameters. DGP electric geared conical rotor self-braking motors are available in four different sizes of gearboxesand motors, offering travelling speeds of 3,2 m/minute to 25 m/minute in single speed option or 3,2 m/minute to 80 m/minute in dual speed options. Cylindrical rotor motors for invertor control are also available.

Apart from the conventional application of bridge cranes, the Donati end carriage and wheel block range are an ideal solution for moving various structures on steel rails.
