ASX-listed Evolution Energy Minerals CEO Phil Hoskins has resigned and will leave the company by no later than October, it was announced on Tuesday.

Evolution has started a process to identify a new CEO, who will be in charge of the successful development of the Chilalo graphite project, in Tanzania.

The company is undertaking a strategic investor process with the primary objective of attracting funding that supports the intended debt financing for the Chilalo project.

Evolution affirmed that it was open to a range of strategic alternatives.

“We are grateful to Phil for his significant contributions to Evolution and particularly the stewardship of the Chilalo project over the past decade. His vision and leadership have been instrumental in our growth and success. We wish him all the best in his future ventures,” said the company.
