Creamer Media will host a thought-provoking webinar on August 13, 2025, at 14.00, focusing on strengthening the role of women leaders in South Africa’s business environment.

A panel of experts will explore why it is integral that women hold a central place in South Africa’s economic development, and how women are acting as agents of change and social transformation within the business landscape. The conversation will also examine the ongoing challenges in mobilising the further advancement of women in business, as well as whether companies are investing sufficiently in programmes designed to develop women leaders.

Panellists will share lessons for aspiring business owners, while also addressing how gender-based violence continues to impact women's performance in the workplace. The discussion will highlight how collaborations between the private sector, academic institutions and non-government organisations are helping to unlock the resources, expertise and networks necessary to support women in business.
