Multi Stretch has established itself as a producer and distributor of high-quality linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) stretch films and clear low-density polyethylene sheeting products.

Founded in 2015, Multi Stretch has built on its entrepreneurial foundations and has grown rapidly to meet a growing market demand.

Situated in Alrode, south of Johannesburg, the company currently focuses on the Gauteng market and also exports products to Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia.

Multi Stretch prides itself on delivering superior customer service and high-quality products. As an owner-managed business, Multi Stretch is able to adapt quickly to market and customer needs.

The company’s manufacturing process consists of a high output blown film extrusion line with state-of-the-art downstream rewinding facilities, where hand-held stretch film rolls are produced.

The properties of LLDPE include a higher tensile strength and greater impact and puncture resistance, allowing for the production of thinner films without sacrificing strength while also saving on material and reducing costs.

Multi Stretch’s manufacturing process includes an in-line scrap rework facility, which aims to produce no external wastage. This zero-wastage approach is part of the company’s efforts to contribute to a cleaner environment.

Multi Stretch also extends its trading services to supply other packaging materials, such as:

  • Shrink wrap
  • Bubble wrap
  • Refuse bags
  • General purpose bags
  • Transparent adhesive tape or Sellotape
