Perth-based critical minerals developer Lepidico has secured access to a key public road in Namibia, essential for reaching its exploration tenement, following a ruling by the High Court of Namibia.

The court ruled in Lepidico’s favor, dismissing objections from Ombujomenge Close Corporation and three associated individuals.

“We are pleased to have this matter resolved, which has held up exploration activities for close to a year. We can now move forward with our plans to evaluate high-priority exploration targets where lepidolite is visible in outcrop,” said MD Joe Walsh on Thursday.

He added that Lepidico was committed to maintaining strong relationships with local stakeholders and actively supported the local farming community.
