Panoramic CEO and CFO roles made redundant
The administrators of Panoramic Resources this week announced that the role of CEO had been made redundant.
This followed the cessation of operations at the Savannah nickel project last month, while the options for the future of the project and company were being evaluated.
In line with reducing operational requirements, the remainder of the Panoramic head office had also been downsized, which included making the CFO role redundant.
As such, Victor Rajasooriar and CFO Grant Dyker would depart the company. Bot executives would remain available to support the voluntary administration, including the current dual-track strategy to sell or recapitalise the Panoramic business.
“I would like to thank Victor and Grant for their support and commitment, particularly during what has been a difficult time for the company.
“They leave with our sincere thanks and best wishes for their future endeavours,” said FTI Consulting senior MD Daniel Woodhouse.
