Robert Benussi, who has been acting in the capacity of MD of Perpetual Resources, will transition to the role of executive director.

He also offered to reduce his cash remuneration by 50%, from A$225 000 a year to A$112 500 a year.

Perpetual says the change to its management structure reflects the current market conditions and its ongoing commitment to maximise the funds available for exploration at its Brazilian projects.

Benussi will remain actively involved in the operations of the company.

Perpetual exploring for lithium and other critical minerals in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, where it has secured about 120 km2 of highly prospective lithium exploration permits.
