The new high-capacity retort tube, a product of this intensive R&D effort, significantly increases throughput and reduces operating costs for carbon regeneration, says sales manager Danie Herbst, for the Centurion, Gauteng-based company.

“During the R&D phase, we not only developed the high-capacity retort tube, but also tested other areas of interest. “This resulted in a versatile unit capable of functioning as an incinerator, supporting oxidation processes, and performing standard carbon re-activation, all managed from a central control panel,” states Herbst.

Phasecon Mining considered various industries and applications to develop a mobile plant that is also launching at Electra Mining. This adaptable solution becomes operational within an hour of arriving on-site. The mobile unit highlights the firm’s commitment to flexibility and catering to diverse industry needs.
