A series of executive appointments were announced by ASX-listed mining companies on Monday, including a leadership change at diversified miner South32 and new CEOs named at Critical Resources, Infini Resource, and Euro Manganese.

South32 said Matthew Daley, currently with Anglo American, will succeed founding CEO Graham Kerr, who will step down in 2026.

Infini Resources appointed Rohan Bone as CEO, effective June 1. Bone is a mining engineer with more than 18 years of global experience across Australia, Southeast Asia, Canada, and Europe.

Critical Resources named Tim Wither as CEO, effective May 14. Wither previously led Maximus Resources and brings more than two decades of experience in greenfield project development and corporate leadership across Australia, India, Africa, and South America.

Euro Manganese, which also trades on the TSX-V, confirmed interim CEO Martina Blahova as its permanent president and CEO, effective immediately. The company said Blahova would also join the board once she obtains a director ID from Australian regulators.
