Project Description
The project proposes the construction of a second up to 100 t/h tin processing jig plant at Andrada’s Uis mine. The project will have the potential to process up to 40 000 t a month of ore at a potential recovery rate of 70%.

The plant will allow for the modular expansion of operations into proximal pegmatites without disrupting current production.

The plant will have the capacity to process a wide range of tin ore grades, comprising a three-stage primary crushing and screening circuit, a jigging section and shaking tables.

The output from the plant is expected to be the same as the tin concentrate produced from the existing processing plant.

Capital Expenditure
Andrada Mining entered into a $2.5-million secured funding facility from LC Abelheim as trustee of The Orange Trust in February 2025. The Orange Trust is Andrada’s largest shareholder, with 15.81% of the issued ordinary shares in the company.

Andrada Mining has reported record quarterly tin production in the second quarter of its 2026 financial year, with output having risen by 17% year-on-year to 453 t.

The increase was underpinned by improved recoveries and operational efficiency, with further growth anticipated following the commissioning of its new jig plant. The plant is expected to enhance recoveries, increase production volumes and reduce unit costs.
