Argantic’s bold move: Clients before corporate structure

Argantic has taken a decisive step, reclaiming its independence as a fully Level 2 BEE entity. This move isn’t just about ownership, it’s about making a clear statement: clients come before corporate structures, politics, or red tape.

By breaking away from the Turrito group, Argantic has chosen agility over bureaucracy and personal engagement over boardroom processes. Yet, the company isn’t burning bridges, it will continue to work strategically with Turrito where it benefits clients, ensuring access to the combined strength of both organisations without the limitations of a corporate hierarchy.

Now, as a truly independent business, Argantic can put its full weight behind clients’ needs - delivering tailored solutions, faster responses, and deeper partnerships. Whether it’s cloud, security, automation, or the modern workplace, Argantic’s independence means it answers only to one priority: its clients.

“We realised that maintaining our Level 2 BEE status within a corporate structure would be virtually impossible, so we reacquired our shareholding to give us the freedom to operate as an independent business,” explains Garry Ackerman, CEO of Argantic.

“This move ensures that all client relationships and engagements remain directly with Argantic, while still keeping our collaborative partnership with Turrito intact. Clients can expect the same trusted solutions and professional services they’ve always relied on – now delivered with an even more personal touch.”

The decision is aligned with Argantic’s strategy to deepen relationships with existing clients, uncover new opportunities, and position itself as a long-term digital transformation partner.

“Our independence means our sole focus is on our clients’ priorities – whether that’s optimising the cloud, strengthening security, or unlocking automation opportunities. Clients can always engage directly with us, knowing we’ll remain their trusted partner for the long term. Our goal is to help our customers innovate, grow, and thrive in the modern digital era,” he concludes.
