Crosible Filtration supplies custom-manufactured press cloths to the following industries: coal washing plants, mineral dewatering, gold and platinum concentrate,  paints and pigments, sugar refineries, breweries, auto manufacturers, underground mud presses, food, beverage and wine industry, mineral and vegetable oil manufacturers and various water purification plants.

Filter press cloths and filter plates
All locally manufactured filter press cloths are laser cut with two high- speed laser cutters that precision-cut to a width of 2 600 mm.
Crosible’s product range includes New Duo Denier needlefelts, high thread count multifilament and a full range of mono/multi filament press cloths, competitively priced filter plates, membrane plates and a range of filter press accessories. Together with its unique blue latex sealants, these products have made Crosible a preferred supplier for many years.

In addition, its new rubber-neck technology in a leak-free design ensures the cleanest effluents available.

Filter bags and cages
High temperature filter bags, P84, glass fibre with polytetrafluoroe-thylene (PTFE) membrane, polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), Nomex and PTFE felts are all manufactured to stringent ISO 9001 conditions.

New fused-seam technology lowers emissions to below 5 mg/Nm3 on all polyester and PPS PTFE membrane filter bags, meeting lower emission regulations.

New ring-split cages, hex galvanised, epoxy powder coated and black-etch coated cages are all custom manufactured.
Fluorescent leak-detection powders, light-emitting diode black lights and glasses are supplied to detect small leaks on baghouses.
