Graphite producer and battery materials developer Volt Resources has appointed Dominic Virgara – one of the largest shareholders of Volt and former owner and MD of Techforce Personnel – to its board as a nonexecutive director.

Virgara is a qualified chartered public accountant by profession and has been a high performing recruitment director, owner and CFO.

During his tenure, Virgara provided strategic, financial, human resources, IT, marketing and management guidance for his companies. His experience also includes CFO positions with Mitsubishi Motors, Spotless Group, and Elders.

In conjunction with Virgara’s appointment, Giacomo Fazio has resigned from the board as a nonexecutive director.
