The International Mining and Resources Conference + Expo (IMARC) returns to Sydney in 2025 with a broader audience and bolder ambitions, catering for decision-makers and key personnel across the resources industry — from CEOs and investors to frontline operators and technical innovators. 

Held from 21-23 October at the ICC Sydney, IMARC 2025 will welcome more than 10,000 delegates from over 120 countries, making it the most ambitious and globally connected event in IMARC’s history. With more than 450 expert speakers, over 500 exhibitors and 20,000 sqm of dynamic expo space, this is where mining’s most influential minds and emerging ideas collide.

In a major move to bring more operational leaders into the fold, IMARC has expanded its free Mining Guest Pass program. This year, eligible on-site employees of mining and energy companies as well as contract miners can access the breadth of the event — including the full conference program, exhibition, daily networking functions, and an exclusive miners’ event.
