For more than 35 years, crushing and screening solutions provider Pilot Crushtec International has been a driving force in mining productivity, delivering world class crushing and screening solutions that combine power, precision and performance in Africa’s toughest conditions.

As a leading manufacturer and distributor of mobile and static equipment, the company partners with global leaders such as Metso, Jonsson and Edge, while designing and building its own robust locally engineered systems tailored for African mines.

At the heart of its mining portfolio is the DoppiaTrac DR400 - a track-mounted self-driven double roll crusher engineered for coal mining. Compact, fuel efficient and high capacity, it ensures consistent product sizing and low operating costs, offering producers both mobility and reliability.

For hard rock and aggregate applications, the TwisterTrac VS350E VSI crusher delivers superior cubical-shaped material and consistent sand quality, while the heavy duty DynamiTrac HRC8 high pressure roll crusher provides energy efficient fine crushing and enhanced mineral liberation.

Complementing these are Metso’s globally renowned Lokotrack mobile crushers and screens, delivering excep-tional capacity and uptime from pit to plant.

Pilot Crushtec also leads in modular plant design with its Pilot Modular range - a pre-engineered “ready-to-run” system
of crushing, screening and materials handling modules. Rapidly deployable and scalable, these plants offer capacities from 100 t/h to 2 000 t/h, meeting diverse production demands cost effectively.

All equipment is built to perform under Africa’s harshest mining conditions, from abrasive ores to remote dust-laden sites, and serves a wide range of sectors including coal, platinum, gold, diamond, cobalt and aggregates.

Operating from a 12 000 m² facility in Jet Park, in Gauteng, South Africa, Pilot Crushtec supports its equipment through a dedicated regional service network and international dealer partnerships. Through innovation, reliability and proven performance, Pilot Crushtec International continues to build the future of mining.
