Premier American Uranium to start trading on TSX-V
Exploration and development company Premier American Uranium (PUR), a spinout of Consolidated Uranium, will begin trading on the TSX-V on December 1.
Backed by Sachem Cove Partners, Consolidated Uranium and additional institutional investors, and a strong team with US uranium experience, PUR’s entry into the market comes at an opportune time, as uranium fundamentals are currently the strongest they have been in a decade.
“As a company purposely built with the aim of revitalising US domestic uranium production, we believe we are uniquely positioned against one of the strongest backdrops for both US uranium fundamentals and physical uranium prices, now nearing a 16-year high,” said CEO Tim Rotolo.
PUR has extensive land holdings in two prominent uranium-producing regions in the US - Great Divide Basin of Wyoming and the Uravan Mineral Belt of Colorado.
