Australian bullion miner Regis Resources has boosted its cash to A$380-million at the end of the September quarter, a build of A$85-million from the prior three months.

The increase follows a solid operational performance across the business, paired with record gold spot prices.

Since the closing of its legacy hedge book, Regis has increased its cash and bullion by A$225-million.

During the September quarter, the company produced 94 500 oz of gold, with the Duketon operation delivering 57 500 oz and the Tropicana joint venture (JV) 37 000 oz.

Regis noted that Tropicana, which is a JV with AngloGold Ashanti, managed to post a significant improvement on production from the weather-impacted prior quarters.

For the full year to June 30, 2025, Regis is guiding total output of 350 000 oz to 380 000 oz.

The company will publish its full September quarterly results on October 24.
