Self-management style: I pride myself for being a generally positive person who is never shy to seek help when I need it and being teachable. I also believe that creating and adhering to a daily or weekly schedule, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and developing strong decision making skills have been instrumental in my self-management.
Personal best achievement: Acquiring a Degree at my age whilst raising two children and being a wife juggling work responsibilities is definitely my personal best achievement

Self-management style: Transformational and people-focused, with an emphasis on developing strengths and innovative problem-solving.

Reneilwe Monkwe - Production technician at the steel plant - (Acing EAF) AOD & LMF
Main activity at company: My role involves monitoring throughput, ensuring safety compliance, and investigating production deviations to meet team objectives. I also assist with slab grinding operations as needed.
Date and place of birth: 16 June 2000, in Limpopo
Education: Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Physical Metallurgy, currently studying Bachelor of Engineering Technology Honors in Metallurgical Engineering.
Self-Management style: I organise my day with to-do lists and set personal deadlines to stay focused and motivated. This helps me manage time effectively and keep on track with my responsibilities.
Personal best achievement: Leading successfully in a male-dominated industry has been my proudest accomplishment, showing that perseverance breaks barriers and creates new opportunities.
