The Zondo Commission has released the first two of three reports and they have already set the hares racing.  With one more report to come, and many more individuals and organisations to be implicated, companies and their representatives from all levels of the supply chain in various industries may be wondering what the implications may be on them. In addition to conducting internal investigations for clients, Edward also has extensive experience dealing with the consequences of such investigations, including managing criminal and other risks that may arise from an investigation.
