The results of the independent preliminary economic assessment (PEA), completed in March 2025, support the project's significance.
The PEA proposes an underground mine with on-site production of saleable zinc and copper concentrates. It will have a nominal processing capacity of 1 800 t/d, with yearly payable production over the life-of-mine of 7.24-million pounds of copper and 62.26-million pounds of zinc, 25 566/lb of zinc. Average yearly payable production is estimated at 681 784 oz of silver for 151.05-million pounds of zinc equivalent.

The March 2025 PEA showed a base case after-tax net present value, at an 8% discount rate, of $244-million and an internal rate of return of 38%, with a payback of 2.4 years.

The start of construction of a portal and decline is planned for the third or fourth quarter of 2025.
