Project Description
A preliminary economic assessment has outlined an initial eight-year mine life, with average gold production of about 100 000 oz/y following ramp-up.
The mine will be accessed by a single ramp extending from the surface (elevation 1 409 m) to the lowest extent of planned mining (elevation 1 045 m).
The access ramp will be large enough to accommodate 30 t trucks. A series of raises will provide secondary egress and ventilation.

Based on a $2 175/oz gold price, the project has a pretax net present value of $271-million using a 5% discount rate, and an internal rate of return of 30%.

Mine construction capital is estimated at $157-million, nearly 60% of which is allocated for dewatering activities.
Planned Start/End Date
Construction is expected to start in January 2028.
