DRA makes major changes to its board
PERTH (miningweekly.com) – Dual-listed engineering, project delivery and operations management group DRA Global has announced the resignation of four of its directors from the company’s board, effective immediately.
The ASX- and JSE-listed company on Thursday said that following engagement with the company’s largest shareholder, Apex Partners Holdings, Peter Mansell, Lee Guthrie, Paul Lombard and Sandra Bell had resigned from the company’s board.
Bell was only appointed to the board in July of this year.
Meanwhile, Sebastiano Randazzo has been appointed as a nonexecutive director to fill a casual vacancy. Randazzo has also been elected as chairperson of the company’s board.
Randazzo has over 35 years of experience in the mineral resources industry and has held various senior roles including executive and nonexecutive directorships, chairperson roles, CEO and CFO roles in companies listed on the ASX, JSE, TSX and Aim markets.
DRA told shareholders that the company would make further director appointments.
