London-listed Kenmare Resources paid the Mozambique government $30.56-million – made up of  $19.8-million, $10.26-million in royalties and $504 000 in fees – in 2023, the company reports in its ‘Payments to Governments 2023’ report.

Kenmare operates the Moma titanium minerals mine in northern Mozambique.

Moma produces about 7% of the world’s titanium feedstocks and supplies customers in over 15 countries.
