Recently, Mr. Dennis She, Vice President of LONGi, held a meeting with Mr. ATADET AZARAK MOGRO, Permanent Secretary of the Central African Power Pool (CAPP), and Mr. RIGOBERT GBAZI, Head of the Power Technology Department. The two sides held in-depth discussions and reached a consensus on leveraging efficient PV solutions to accelerate the popularization of electricity in Central Africa and eliminate energy poverty.

The Central African Power Pool (CAPP) is a regional electricity cooperation organization composed of 11 Central African countries (including Angola, Burundi, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, etc.). It aims to coordinate and promote the development of energy infrastructure and power interconnection in the region. In some member countries, up to 80% of the areas lack access to electricity, and local residents are eager to use economical and rapid electric energy to improve their lives.

Dennis She provided a detailed introduction to LONGi's development history and technological innovation capabilities. He stated that as a globally leading green energy technology company, LONGi is always committed to driving global energy transformation and energy equity through technological innovation. Photovoltaic power generation holds significant advantages in construction speed, enabling it to meet the electricity demands of remote areas at lower costs and in shorter timeframes, making it an ideal solution for addressing energy accessibility issues.

For remote villages where grid coverage is challenging, both parties plan to achieve rapid electricity coverage through the deployment of off-grid and microgrid solutions. This model targets villages with populations ranging from a few hundred to several thousand, constructing efficient, independent, and reliable photovoltaic power generation systems. These systems can directly meet the basic living, educational, medical, and productive electricity needs of communities, enabling "point-to-point" rapid energy empowerment.

Mr. ATADET AZARAK MOGRO expressed high recognition for LONGi's technological innovation capabilities and customized solutions. He stated that the Central African region is rich in solar resources, and developing photovoltaic energy is an inevitable choice for achieving sustainable development. CAPP looks forward to strengthening cooperation with global photovoltaic leaders like LONGi to jointly explore energy development paths that align with regional characteristics, ensuring clean energy benefits every community.

This meeting marks a new phase of LONGi's deep cultivation in the African market. In the future, LONGi will continue to prioritize its customers, further deepen its globalization and localization service strategies, and leverage its leading Hi-MO series modules and one-stop solutions to collaborate with African countries and regional organizations, accelerating global energy equity and green sustainable transformation.
