PIC lifts stake in Sibanye-Stillwater above 20%

South Africa's Public Investment Corporation (PIC) has increased its shareholding in JSE- and NYSE-listed Sibanye-Stillwater to 20.20%.

According to the multinational mining and metals processing group, the PIC is Sibanye-Stillwater's largest shareholder.

As at March 28, this year, the PIC had held about 13.96% of Sibanye-Stillwater's shares in issue.
