Tshepa Basadi
Black women-owned project, engineering and procurement management business Tshepa Basadi, meaning “Trust Women” in Setswana, was founded by its female leadership team in 2017 in the Hotazel region in the Kalahari. The company’s vision is to change the status quo by being a niche, female-led mining project management and technical services consulting firm. It strives to provide exceptional professional services to its clients by enabling them to meet their portfolio demands.
The company’s value proposition aims to create value for its clients to realise the full value of their projects and portfolios.
Tshepa Basadi continuously builds thriving teams, the members of which are nationally and internationally accredited with the relevant project management and professional engineering bodies.
