TSX-V-listed Premier American Uranium has announced the resignation of David Suda as president of the company, with effect from December 1.

Suda is resigning to pursue other opportunities, the company says.

CEO Colin Healey thanked Suda for his leadership and dedication during his time with the company.

“His contributions have been instrumental in the efficient transition and integration of our New Mexico assets acquired in June, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” says Healey.

Premier remains focused on expanding and advancing its portfolio of US-focused uranium assets, particularly its Cebolleta project in New Mexico and Cyclone project in Wyoming, where it achieved significant milestones in 2024.

The company aims to build on its early success in 2025 and beyond, as uranium sector fundamentals continue to present a generational opportunity.
