Pure-play producer and exporter of thermal coal Thungela Resources.

Project Description
The project is a significant methane gas resource that Thungela is evaluating for development opportunities.

Once commissioned, the modular liquefied natural gas plant will supply gas to a power generation facility to be deployed at one of Thungela’s existing operations, thereby partially substituting Eskom electricity use.
