Mpumalanga-based mechanical engineering contractor Brimis Engineering has been accredited as a service centre for pumps manufacturer KSB Pumps and Valves in South Africa.

The company received a certificate from KSB after a thorough inspection. The audit comprised a review of internal processes, workshop facilities and quality management systems.

“We are satisfied that Brimis Engineering can perform service-related work to the highest engineering standards and provide first class service to the prospective customers on the following pumps: ETA/ETA C&D/WKLn,” states KSB Pumps and Valves Johannesburg facilities development manager Terence Barkhuizen.

KSB is an expert in pumps, valves and systems for building services, industry, water engineering, the energy sector and mining. As a global company, KSB provides services and produces complete hydraulic systems for the transport of water and waste- water in all industries.

“We have a full service offering and our capabilities as an end-to-end supply, fitment and maintenance organisation mean that we are ideally placed to be part of the dedicated service offering of KSB South Africa,” says Brimis Engineering MD Andile Nqandela.

He notes that Brimis Engineering is committed to providing “quality and innovative services” and that this collaboration supplements this commitment.

“We look tocarefully and consistently deliver when it’s needed,” Nqandela concludes.
