Panoramic to be removed from official list

The ASX will remove defunct nickel miner Panoramic Resources from its official list on August 28, over nonpayment of listing fees.

FTI Consulting, the administrators for Panoramic Resources, have assessed that the financial and administrative costs of maintaining the company’s ASX listing exceed any potential benefits. Consequently, it has decided against paying the outstanding listing fees.

Shares in Panoramic were suspended from quotation on November 17 last year and shareholders have been unable to trade or transfer shares since that time.

Panoramic went into administration in January 2024, after operations were suspended at the Savannah mine, in Western Australia, following a sharp fall in nickel prices.
