A solid track record with over three decades of experience in the crushing, screening and materials handling industry in Africa appropriately positions Pilot Crushtec as a leader and innovator. The company is the approved Southern African distributor of world class leading brands such as Metso Outotec, Rubble Master and Generac Mobile.

Respected as a pioneer of modular processing plants, Pilot Crushtec has long established itself as a manufacturer of quality fixed and mobile crushing, screening and materials handling solutions. The company operates an extensive facility in Jet Park where custom engineered solutions are built to meet a broad range of application requirements. The large production workshop handles not only new builds but also undertakes selected machine refurbishments and repairs to original equipment manufacturer standards. The facility also houses extensive warehousing where a vast stock holding of spare and wear parts commensurate with the product lineup are kept, ensuring ready availability for end-users.

Operating successfully in minerals processing and contract mining applications as well as in aggregate and recycling operations, Pilot Crushtec's extensive product footprint comprises both complete materials handling plants and single crushing and screening stations which, depending on the application, could include crushers, screens and conveyors as well as ancillary equipment. Plants typically range in capacity from 100 t/h to 2 000 t/h.

Competent, skilled technical teams, both sales and after-market, ensure that customers' specific application needs are met with appropriate product solutions, underpinned by a comprehensive product support offering. Dedicated service teams undertake machine maintenance, inspections, installations, commissioning and attend to breakdowns. The company's responsive PartsLink department offers a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week spare and wear part inventory across all supported brands.
