SolGold plans to delist from Toronto exchange

2nd June 2025

Ecuador-focused SolGold on Monday announced that it planned to delist from the Toronto exchange with effect from June 18, w while continuing to trade on the main market of the LSE.

Since SolGold obtained its TSX listing in 2017 to April 30, 2025, it only accounted for less than 3% of the aggregate trading volume on both platforms. As a result of these relatively low trading volumes on the TSX, the company believes that the financial costs and administrative requirements associated with maintaining its TSX listing are no longer justified.

Shareholder approval is not required for the delisting because the company's ordinary shares trade on the LSE.
