Trading in Wesizwe Platinum’s shares remains suspended, with the company saying it continues to engage actively with the JSE.

“The company remains committed to achieving full compliance with the listings requirements to enable the lifting of the suspension and Wesizwe will continue to keep shareholders informed of any further developments.”

Wesizwe published its Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, on September 30, and its Integrated Annual Report on October 2.

In accordance with JSE listings requirements, Wesizwe was required to release its results for the six-month period ended June 30 within three months of that date, being by no later than September 30.

Failure to release interim results timeously constitutes noncompliance with the listings requirements and may result in the continued suspension of the company’s securities.
