MAXXDRIVE® XJ and XD – powerful industrial gear units for various industries

The new MAXXDRIVE® XJ and MAXXDRIVE® XD industrial gear units are specifically suitable for crane applications. With their robust UNICASE™ housing, extended centre distances and modular extensions, they provide industries in demanding working environments with maximum performance and a long service life. The MAXXDRIVE® XD industrial gear unit is particularly suitable for lifting gear. With its elongated arrangement of the gear stages, it enables the U-shaped drive design with rope drum and motor on the same gear unit side. The MAXXDRIVE® XJ industrial gear unit particularly serves die requirements of running gears and crushers. Its J-shaped shaft arrangement allows for another variant of the input shaft position for confined installation spaces.

MAXXDRIVE® XT – efficient drive solution for the bulk industry

With its MAXXDRIVE® XT industrial gear units, NORD offers an optimum drive solution for bulk material plants. The gear units are characterised by high thermal limit powers and low ratios. They have been specifically developed for use in belt conveyor systems and ensure high operational reliability and less maintenance times. Large roller bearings and optimised centre distances increase the gear units’ load capacity and service life, and thus improve the system availability.

NORDAC PRO SK 500P – versatile, adaptable, space-saving

NORDAC PRO SK 500P is the control cabinet inverter for all drive applications. Thanks to its multi-protocol Ethernet interface, it can be easily integrated and used to control different system designs. With its closedloop speed control and positioning function, it covers various applications, making it suitable for numerous industrial applications. Its book-size format is a compact design, which requires little space in the control cabinet.
