Aim- and OTCQB-listed critical metals producer Andrada Mining has announced that Michael Rawlinson has resigned as a director of the company to focus on other professional commitments.

"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank [Rawlinson] for his commitment, valuable insights and guidance during his tenure . . . His contribution, together with that from the wider board, has been instrumental to strengthening our corporate governance framework and in positioning Andrada to deliver on its stated objectives.

“We wish [Rawlinson] every success in his future endeavours,” Andrada chairperson Glen Parsons said on September 29.

Rawlinson’s resignation will take effect from the date of the upcoming AGM of the company on September 30. However, he will work with Andrada to facilitate a handover of responsibilities after this date.
